Broadway's Ezekiel Andrew in Concert presented by Lyric Stage @ MC. Tickets: music.mc.edu/ticketsMC alum and Mississippi Delta native Ezekiel Andrew will present a one-night-only concert in the Jean Pittman Williams Recital Hall on Thursday October 27th at 7:30 pm. Mr. Andrew is currently in Disney's The Lion King on Broadway, as the Mufasa cover and in the ensemble. During his solo concert, he will be joined by current Lyric Stage @ MC students in a medley of songs from the Lion King and he will be collaborating with MC collaborative artist Tyler Kemp. A native of the Mississippi Delta, Ezekiel Andrew enjoys a career of both excitement and versatility. He is most grateful to have performed in some of the major regional theaters across the country. Some of his favorite roles include Coalhouse Walker Jr. (Theatre Under the Stars), The Beast, Beauty and the Beast (Syracuse Stage) Jim, Big River (Utah Shakespeare Festival). In November of 2021, he made his Broadway debut with the cast of Disney's The Lion King on Broadway in New York City.
