Lyric Stage is MC’s team for Musical Theater and Opera productions. Officially branded in 2021, we have a rich history of past productions.
Musical Theater
Do you love being on stage? Mississippi College produces a musical each year. We have performed Godspell, She Loves Me, Songs for a New World, Show Boat, Into the Woods, South Pacific, Les Misérables, Ragtime, Secret Garden, Little Women, The King and I, Cinderella, Oklahoma, and Guys and Dolls
Opera
MC Music has presented Goose Girl, Hansel and Gretel, The Magic Flute, Die Fledermaus, The Christmas Gift, The Marriage of Figaro, Merry Wives of Windsor, and The Bartered Bride. Join us for a vibrant opera experience.
Audition Information
Auditions are open to all MC students and the community.
